Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization
dedicated to providing grocery relief to communities throughout the
United States. The headquarters of this great ministry is located
on South Broad St. in Monroe, Georgia. To the left, is a picture
of the headquarter building. This is truly a Food Ministry with a
Servants Heart. In 2005, this ministry fed 1.6 million people.
We, here at New Temple Church, are proud to be a part of such a
tremendous outreach. This ministry is already reaching into 32

Angel Food's groceries are sold in a quantity that can fit into a medium-sized box at $25 per unit. Each month's menu is different than the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items. Comparison shopping has been done and in the grocery stores this box of food would retail from $42 to $78. One unit of food can feed a family of four approximately one week or a single senior citizen for approximately one month. This food is the same high quality food that you would get at your grocery store. Also offered are specialty boxes such as steaks, chicken and pork. There is no limit to the number of units an individual can purchase. We also participate in the U.S. Food Stamp program, using the Off-Line Food Stamp Voucher system.
