Thirty seven years of dedicated, devoted research, study, prayer & meditation have been poured into this moment of time.  Bishop Rich, with the assistance of other great men of God, will be training men and women of all religions and nationalities to effectively evangelize the world with the teaching of truthful, effective Kingdom principles.   There will be bi-monthly sessions.  At the completion of the agenda (contact Bishop Rich for your copy), there will be a graduation ceremony.  A graduation certificate will be given to all students.  Special awards & gifts will be presented to those who excel in different categories of the agenda.  All of this will be explained at the beginning of course study.
